Tick Tock Tick Tock!

· Body Clock,Fear,Time,Presence,Children

You: "Hark! Who goes there?"

Body: ......"It's your body clock!"

You: "Oh... I didn't realise I had a clock, in my body?"

Body: "oh wait, you're right, YOU DON'T! Lol."

The above exchange is something that the guides shared for a client today in a session. Not these exact words but the message of how absurd it is that humans (and especially women) have been conditioned to think that there is a time limit on many things.

The message that has been shared a few times in recent sessions is in regards to the concept of time.

So time as we know it, is an earthly constraint created to give structure and order to our planet. If you've been exposed to spiritual concepts, there is also a saying that 'time does not exist', meaning that on other planes, there is no such thing as time. The past, present and future is all one, and multiple timelines of reality can exist in any one moment.

This can all be a bit of a head f*ck when we are living on this planet, bound by earthly constraints, but also playing up in the ether, mucking around in these otherworldly concepts.

So the guides have shared this way of thinking about things, to try and simplify our understanding:

1. For anything that can be booked into a calendar, like an appointment, concert, date with a friend, the time you start and finish work, lunch breaks etc. GO NUTS. Adhere to the time structure and use it to your advantage for organisation, efficiency and ease.

2. For everything else in your life - DROP THE DESIRE TO RECORD TIME! So this is particularly relevant to those wanting to find a partner, to have a child, or are putting pressure on themselves to achieve something by a certain date.

In small examples, it means, if it doesn't have to have a time constraint on it, then don't! So, don't wear a watch when you go for a walk and (gasp!) leave your phone at home. Give yourself permission to do what you need to do on a project, and if you get 'ten minutes' or 'ten hours' of work done on that day, then great. Trust that you will get it done as and when you need to.

For anything that you want in life, ask yourself, can this be recorded into a diary? As in, can I log into my calendar, and schedule in that on the 6th of May 2020 I am going to meet my partner? If the answer is no, then forget all reference to time. FORGET ABOUT IT. In these cases, time does not exist.

But if it is, say, on the 12th of September 2019 I am going to schedule my dentist appointment. Then YES! Lock that shit in! It can and will be scheduled on the 'time calender!'.

I repeat, YOUR BODY CLOCK DOES NOT EXIST. There is no clock inside you, waiting to blow up like a ticking time bomb.

If you're thinking, well... in regards to having a child... there is a time when a woman can no longer produce the eggs she needs to have a child. Yes, that is a fact of life. And thankfully that is the case, as the body moves in to perimenopause and menopause and starts to slow down.

Worrying about that fact doesn't change anything, in fact, it actually just pulls your energy down into fear, which isn't a helpful place to be.

So... no matter what you're trying to schedule in to your life, remember.... use the timely structure for what it's good for (organisation) and for everything else, ditch the clock and just play in the present moment!
